Tap Izzy's eyes on the home screen and the lens opens. Snap the trail map, the lift board, a menu, a sign you can't decode — Izzy looks at it and talks it through with you, out loud. No typing, no describing it, no confirm step. Snap, and Izzy's already looking.

Same mountain. A new line down it.

The mountain you know in January is the same mountain in July. Izzy Sun brings summer to the resorts you already ride — hiking, mountain biking, ziplining, camping, and the lodge that's still serving lunch. Izzy follows your mountain's calendar: when the lifts stop turning for winter, Sun becomes the default and Snow is one look away.

Need help? Help knows where you are.

Trigger SOS by voice or tap and Izzy texts your emergency contact and alerts ski patrol with the colors that you're wearing, your live GPS, a Google Maps link, and a breadcrumb trail of your last 60 seconds on the mountain. Take a hard fall and can't reach your phone? Fall detection can trigger it for you.

✓Fall detection — Izzy can tell when you've had a hard impact or a crash and starts an SOS if you need it. A countdown lets you cancel if it's a false alarm. Off by default — turn it on in the Safety tab.
✓Tap-to-call ski patrol — patrol numbers verified against the resorts’ own sources, and a straight route to 911 where a resort publishes none — no searching when seconds count.

Izzy started with one question: how do we keep the whole family safe and connected on the mountain? The Family plan is the heart of the app — it puts Pro in every adult's pocket and gives parents real control over kids on the hill. Set it up once, and the whole family rides covered: 2 adults and up to 4 kids (age 17 and under), in Snow and in Sun.

How do I talk to Izzy?

Tap Izzy and ask — Izzy answers out loud, then it's quiet until your next tap. Base gives you 10 minutes of Izzy a day; Pro and Family give each adult up to 60, and Max up to 180. No wake word, no menus, gloves stay on.

What is Izzy Sun?

Izzy Sun is summer mode — the same app, the same resorts you already ride, with summer art, a summer map and summer answers: hiking, biking, ziplining, camping, what's open at the lodge. Izzy follows your mountain's calendar, so Sun becomes the default when winter ends and Snow is always one look away. At launch, Sun is a preview until resorts open for summer: you can look around any time from your profile, and live summer conditions arrive when resort activities do. SOS, fall detection and the family map work exactly the same in both.

Which resorts does Izzy work at?

101 mountains across the US and Canada today — the IKON and EPIC resorts, plus a growing set of select independents. What is Izzy Vision?

Tap Izzy's eyes on the home screen and the camera lens opens. Snap a trail map, a sign, a lift board or a menu and the photo goes straight to Izzy, who looks at it and talks it through with you in voice. Base includes 5 snaps a day, Pro and Family 25, Max 100. It's photos only (no video), it works in Izzy Snow and Izzy Sun, and it stays off for kid accounts.

What does Izzy know?

Izzy is built for the mountain — live conditions, trail and lift status, grooming, resort info, and where to grab a bite. On Pro and Family, Izzy goes further with live web search, so you can ask about current events, nearby spots, and just about anything beyond the slopes.

How does fall detection work?

Fall detection is included free on every plan. Switch it on in the Safety tab and set the sensitivity yourself — Low, Medium, or High. When it's on, Izzy watches for a hard impact followed by a spell of stillness, then auto-fires your SOS with your last GPS — texting your emergency contact and, at partner resorts, alerting ski patrol — unless you tap "I'm OK" first.

Can I call for help with my voice?

Yes, on Pro and Family — just say "Izzy, I need ski patrol." Izzy texts your emergency contact your live GPS and offers to call patrol, hands on your poles. Base gets a one-tap SOS button.

How does Kid SOS work?

Kids fire SOS from a tap, their voice, or a lock-screen widget. Every parent gets a time-sensitive push, elevated above normal notifications, with the kid's live GPS and a one-tap "Call Patrol" button built right in — parents acknowledge so the kid sees "Mom's on the way," or tap through to reach patrol directly.

What's the difference between Pro and Family?

Pro covers one rider. Family covers up to 6 (2 adults + 4 kids) — full Pro for both adults, kid accounts built for safety — and adds the family stack: live Find My Family map, family chat, Kid SOS, end-of-day recap, and COPPA kid mode for under-13s.
